Shipping Policy

We offer to ship to all locations within Pakistan. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving order confirmation by phone call.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on our website.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery of the product twice at the address specified by you in the order, and in case the delivery is not successful, the product will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you to arrange for a new delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

In the case of undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Packaging

All orders are packed carefully to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. Our packing department contains CCTV cameras so that no issue regarding packing happens. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure the safety of your order during shipping.

In case someone says his/her order is not complete, We can share CCTV video with them of package being sealed under cameras with all ordered pieces inside it.
